NS BlueScope to buy YKGI plant

NS BlueScope Malaysia, part of a joint venture between Australia’s BlueScope and Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation (Nippon Steel), has singed an agreement to buy the Klang plant from YKGI Holdings for $42 million.
