Italian steel output falls in November
The output of crude steel by Italian mills has decreased in November following a long series of monthly year-on-year increases in 2018, according to the local steelmakers' association Federacciai.
In November crude steel production fell slightly by -1% on-year to 2.1 million tonnes, Kallanish notes. Over the first eleven months of the year the country has registered growth of 2.4% y-o-y at 22.8mt, Federacciai says.
