Northern European wire rod prices increased slightly in most cases this week despite high demand, say market participants. They expect the increases to continue this month.
“The new activity in the market is due to the restocking," a buyer from the Netherlands confirms to Kallanish. “So far, I do not observe any new offers from importers from countries outside the EU.”
