North Korean steelmaker is down but not out
North Korean steelmaker Kim Chaek Iron and Steel may not be idled as reports have suggested, although it appears not to be operating at capacity, according to analysis by 38 North. There are nevertheless growing Chinese steel exports to the country, Kallanish notes.
