Non-stop scrap rises continue in Benelux
Benelux scrap prices have continued rising for the seventh consecutive week. This is the result of strong domestic demand and price increases of €30-50/tonne on the European continent, and comes despite slower Turkish demand last week.
Dock prices, which stood at €255-260/tonne on 30 November, are now at €260-265/t ($315-322) delivered for HMS 1&2 80:20.
