Non-residential construction to remain stagnant till 2021
The US non-residential construction sector is expected to decline by an additional -10-15% this year, says commercial real estate company JLL. According to JLL's construction outlook report for the second half of 2020, the industry is expected to stabilize in the third quarter of 2020 and remain flat into the third quarter of 2021, Kallanish notes.
