Turkish mills’ rebar hikes fail to convince buyers

Turkish mills, having suffered for a while from weak demand, are unable to convince their customers of price increases. Although scrap prices in the latest deals have climbed to $241-244/tonne cfr Turkey, Turkish rebar mills have been unable to reflect the increases in their rebar prices.
