NMDC incorporates new Jharkhand steel subsidiary
Indian miner NMDC says in a stock exchange filing that it has now set up a new subsidiary steel company in Jharkhand.
The wholly owned subsidiary by the name of Jharkhand Kolhan Steel Ltd was incorporated on 24 September, NMDC confirms. This is related to the [… previously announced] development of a steel plant in the state of Jharkhand through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) route, the company says.
