NLMK hails US decision on Russia-origin CRC imports
NLMK has welcomed the United States International Trade Commission (USITC)’s decision not to impose an antidumping duty on imports of cold rolled flat steel products from Russia, the steelmaker says in a statement sent to Kallanish.
