NLMK iron ore arm to boost concentrate output
NLMK's iron ore beneficiation plant, Stoilensky GOK, is adding vertical mills technology to its new beneficiation section.
The RUB 15 billion ($228.7 million) project will be commissioned in 2020 and include three new grinding lines, which will enable concentrate output to increase from 17.5 million tonnes/year to 20m t/y. Ore processing capacity will increase by 14%, from the current 37m t/y to 42m t/y.
