NLMK Europe to pay fine over Belgian state-aid
The European Court of Justice (ECJ) has rejected an appeal by the European arm of Russian steelmaker NLMK against a claim originally lodged by the European authorities. The EC had requested that NLMK pay back a sum of money considered by Europe’s administrators as state-aid.
