NLMK Clabecq to announce layoffs, reports suggest
NLMK Clabecq in Belgium has invited trade unions to an extraordinary meeting on Thursday 17 January to discuss potential layoffs at the plant, Kallanish learns from sources and local reports. The mill produces plate and is a subsidiary of Russia's NLMK.
The plant has the capacity to produce some 750,000 tonnes of plate by rolling slab supplied by its Russian parent.
