NLMK boosts BF No.6 capacity
NLMK is revamping blast furnace No.6, second-largest at the principal steelmaking site in Lipetsk, the company says.
The revamp will increase the BF's annual capacity by 8% to 3.4 million tonnes of pig iron, while upgrading its environmental impact and extending its repair cycle by 50% to 25 years.
