NLMK begins BF6 PCI unit hot trials
NLMK has begun hot testing of the pulverized coal injection (PCI) unit at 3.1 million tonnes/year of pig iron capacity blast furnace no.6 at its Lipetsk steelworks, Kallanish learns from the Russian steelmaker. Start-up is scheduled in the third quarter.
