NLMK appoints Grigory Fedorishin president
NLMK has appointed senior vice president and deputy chairman Grigory Fedorishin as president/chief executive and chairman, replacing Oleg Bagrin who announced he was stepping down in January.
Fedorishin will hold the post until 8 June when NLMK has its Annual General Shareholder’s Meeting. The company’s board has suggested shareholders elect Fedorishin as president.
