NLMK announces investments in Belgium as restructuring proceeds
NLMK has announced an intention to invest amost €150 million ($170m) in its plants located in Belgium, in Clabecq and La Louvière. The news comes just days after confirmation by the company that it will cut almost half of the workforce currently employed at its plate mill in Clabecq (see Kallanish 18 January).
