Niutoushan Foundry sells production capacity to Lianxin Steel
On 4 April, a replacement plan for production capacity was announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in Jiangsu Province. Xuzhou Niutoushan Foundry Industry Group auctioned off its production capacity to Yan Group Lianxin Steel on 21 December 2018, Kallanish notes.
