Nippon Steel transfers ArcelorMittal USA shares
Japanese steelmaker Nippon Steel has transferred its partnership interests in I/N Tek and I/N Kote following the sale of ArcelorMittal USA, Kallanish noted from Nippon Steel's newsletter on 10 December.
