Nippon Steel divests remaining shareholding in Acerinox
Nippon Steel has sold its entire shareholding in Acerinox, Kallanish learns from the Spanish stainless steel producer.
The Japanese company divested 21.4 million ordinary shares at the value of €225.6 million ($260.6m), equivalent to 7.9% of Acerinox’s shareholding. The sale was carried out via an accelerated book-built offering, aimed exclusively at qualified investors.
