Nexteel claims US pipe margins calculated inaccurately
The US Department of Commerce incorrectly calculated its dumping margins for South Korean circular welded pipe, alleges producer Nexteel.
According to court documents, Nexteel claims the US Department of Commerce erred when it set dumping margins for the company’s product at 27.28%.
The margins followed a review covering the period from 1 November, 2017, through 31 October, 2018, Kallanish notes.
