New Zealand reopens investigation into Chinese steel subsidies
New Zealand’s Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment has reopened an investigation into whether or not China is subsidising its exports of HDG. The decision follows a court ruling asking the ministry to reconsider its previous finding that subsidies were not injurious to domestic producers, Kallanish notes.
