New rebar mill sets for construction in Dubai
A feasibility study has been completed into the construction of a new 500,000 tonnes/year rebar re-roller in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Jebel Ali-based plant will begin with $200 million of seed capital, which will come from an investment fund set up by the Emirati investor behind the project, according to a Premiere Holding official.
