New Millennium again trims headcount
Calgary, Alberta, iron ore development company New Millennium Iron Corp is again cutting its staff to reduce overhead expenses, Kallanish learns from a company announcement.
New Millennium has eliminated 11 full-time positions, or about 60% of the company’s 19-person staff. New Millennium has trimmed its workforce by 80% since October 2014.
The elimination of the 11 positions is expected to save the company about $1.35m annually.
