UK-based holding eyes Saudi Arabian merchant billet mill
UK-based J.O. Steel Holdings PLC has secured a $692 million credit facility to establish an integrated billet manufacturing plant in Ras Al-Khair Industrial City on Saudi Arabia’s east coast, Kallanish notes.
