New markets lift Turkish rod exports in November
Turkish wire rod exports continued their rise in November, increasing by 19.8% on-year to 112,382 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. The November tonnage was, however, a fall from 122,483t in October.
Their average price rose to $776/tonne from $497/t in November 2020. It was, however, down from $819/t in October.
