German tinplate packaging use increases as recycling slips
Tinplate packaging consumption in Germany in 2015 reached 508,000 tonnes, an increase of 3% over the previous year, reports thyssenkrupp Steel Europe, Germany’s only tinplate producer via its subsidiary tk Rasselstein.
