NCLT approves Tata’s acquisition of Rohit Ferro-Tech
India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata bench has approved the resolution plan of Tata Steel Mining (TSML) for the acquisition of Rohit Ferro-Tech, Tata Steel informs in a stock exchange filing seen by Kallanish.
In June 2021, Rohit Ferro-Tech’s Committee of Creditors (CoC) declared TSML the successful resolution applicant for the ferroalloys producer.
