National Company Law Tribunal approves Jindal Stainless merger
India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) gave regulatory approval on 22 December for the merger of Jindal Stainless (Hisar) with Jindal Stainless (JSL), JSL says in a press release seen by Kallanish.
“This is to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench … confirmed that there were no objections to the scheme, pending from any person, including the sectoral regulators,” JSL says.
