Explosion hits Nam Kim HDG line
An explosion at a galvanising line at Vietnam’s Nam Kim Steel has injured several workers. The company has not commented on how production was affected, Kallanish notes.
The explosion at 5.40am on Tuesday took place at a pot containing molten zinc and aluminium. Eight workers were injured, four seriously.
