Mycron Steel partners UTM for green steel production
Malaysian steel maker Mycron Steel has partnered Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) for green steel production, Kallanish notes.
UTM says in a statement that the duo have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly develop a comprehensive sustainability monitoring system aimed at decarbonising mid-stream steel industries and promoting green steel production in Shah Alam in Malaysia.
