MVP requests Ferc authorisation to build Southgate line
Muntain Valley Pipeline has petitioned the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for authorisation to build the MVP Southgate project, an interstate natural gas pipeline designed to move natural gas to central North Carolina.
As currently proposed, the MVP Southgate project is roughly 73 miles long. Construction is anticipated to begin in the first quarter of 2020, with a full in-service date targeted for the fourth quarter of 2020, Kallanish reports.
