Mt Thirsty mineral resource increases by over 145%
Australian miners Conico and Greenstone Resources' joint venture Mt Thirsty nickel-cobalt project in Norseman, Western Australia, has reported a 146% increase to the mineral resource estimate (MRE), Kallanish notes.
The updated global MRE now totals 66.2 million tonnes at 0.06% cobalt; 0.43% nickel and 0.45% manganese (indicated and inferred), which represents an increase of 39.3mt over the previous MRE.
