Mount Ramsay Coal advances with Baralaba South project
Mount Ramsay Coal, a subsidiary of Australian developer Wonbindi Coal, says its Baralaba South project is forging ahead. The company has proposed to develop a greenfield coal mine in Queensland with a run-of-mine capacity of 5 million tonnes/year.
The mining activity in Baralaba South will cover 2,214 hectares. The mine life is estimated to be 19 years, and the coal products will meet demand in Asian markets, Kallanish notes.
