Most Turkish rod producers withhold offers
Demand for Turkish wire rods slowed this week, though rebar is still being outperformed.
Turkish mills, however, with the respite they got from longer utilisation, are trying not to lower export quotes directly and prefer to wait.
Although lower prices compared with last week are available in the market from some producers, most producers are seem to be out of the market.
