Monthly construction employment rises in 31 US states
Construction employment increased in 31 states and the District of Columbia between July and August. according to an analysis of labour data by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America. Despite this monthly increase, 39 states have lost construction jobs between August 2019 and August 2020, Kallanish notes.
