MMK shipments increase to Russian pipe market
Russian steelmaker MMK increased 2023 shipments to the domestic pipe industry by 30% on-year, the company’s pipe industry head, Alexander Kadoshnikov, said at the “Steel pipes: production and regional sales” conference in Novosibirsk last week.
According to him, in general, 2023 was quite a successful year for Russian steelmakers and, despite the decline in exports, production volumes increased due to a sharp rise in domestic consumption. “…
