MMK uses drones to detect garbage in scrap
Russian steelmaker MMK pilling shop is using eight quadcopter drones when accepting incoming steel scrap from suppliers in Russia and from the CIS countries, the company says.
This allows the specialists of the workshop to receive documentary evidence of the presence of garbage in the scrap when unloading it from the vehicle. Before that, unloading control was carried out manually.
