MMK targets acceptance by all carmakers in Russia
Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) aims to get acceptance for its automotive grade sheet by 100% of carmakers in Russia in coming years, after having already received approval from 80% of them.
“The company consistently implements its import substitution strategy and receives approved rolled steel supplier status,” it says in a statement monitored by Kallanish.
