Process automation brings MMK significant economic impact
The total economic effect from the introduction of robotic process automation at Russia’s MMK in recent years has amounted to RUB 660 million ($7.2m), the company tells Kallanish.
In total, the enterprise currently has 310 business processes robotised, covering almost all divisions. The first robot software appeared at MMK in the commercial directorate, where it helped automate scrap purchases.
