MMK hot strip mill sets production record
MMK’s hot strip mill 2000 set a monthly production record in May of 527,000 tonnes, Kallanish learns from the Russian steelmaker. The 6 million tonnes/year capacity mill was commissioned in 1994.
The unit produces 760-1,830mm wide hot rolled coil for the pipemaking, construction, and engineering industries.
