MMK completes hot rolling mill revamp
Russian steelmaker MMK has recommissioned hot rolling mill-2500. The upgrade has raised the unit’s production capacity to 5.2 million tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
The upgrade will enable the company to expand the size and range of the mill, to produce hot rolled coil for new steel tube grades.
