Minmetals Yingkou installs thick plate mills
China's Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate Co., Ltd. has installed two thick-plate rolling mills provided by Primetals. The design capacity for these two mills is a combined 1.5 million tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
