Mill Steel to open Texas distribution centre
US flat-rolled service centre chain Mill Steel plans to open a new facility in Houston, Texas, Kallanish reports.
The 100,000 square-foot facility will house three production lines capable of handling 50,000 pound master coils up to 60 inches wide and 0.015-0.250 inches thick. Roll forming lines will also be installed to support Mill Steel’s cold-formed steel framing business.
