Middleground Capital buys Steel-Craft
Private equity firm MiddleGround Capital has bought finishing and fabrication umbrella company Steel-Craft Corp of Hartford, Wisconsin, Kallanish understands.
Steel-Craft Corp encompasses three brands founded by the Wendorff family – Steel Craft; Hartford Finishing; and Capitol Stamping.
