Middle East output grows strongly in August
Crude steel production in the four Middle Eastern countries covered by the World Steel Association’s monthly report grew 9.6% on-year in August to 2.74 million tonnes, Kallanish learns from worldsteel. January-August output thus grew 9.5% on-year to 20.79mt.
