Mid-East output grows in August despite Saudi slump
Crude steel production in the four Middle Eastern countries covered by worldsteel’s monthly report increased 3.9% on-year in August to 3.16 million tonnes, Kallanish notes. This was thanks to growth across the region except for Saudi Arabia.
