Mexico reviews duties on imports of Ukrainian silicomanganese
Mexico has initiated a review to potentially extend a compensatory duty for an additional five years on imports of silicomanganese from Ukraine, Kallanish notes.
Mexican Ministry of Economy (SE) announced in the country’s Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on 22 September that local miner and ferroalloy producer Compañía Minera Autlán petitioned that removal of duties would negatively impact domestic production.
