Mexico reviews AD duty on Chinese seamless pipes
The Mexican ministry of economy (MoE) has initiated a review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of seamless pipes originating in China, Kallanish learns from the country’s Official Journal of the Federation.
The first tariff was implemented in February 2011, when a $1,772/tonne countervailing duty was imposed on the product. The measure was modified in June 2013, when the duty was reduced to $1,252/t.
