Mexico reviews quotas on Japanese seamless pipes imports
The Mexican government has officially initiated a review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of seamless steel pipes originating in Japan, Kallanish learns from the Mexican ministry of economy (MoE).
The first tariff was applied in November 2000, when a 99.9% countervailing duty was imposed on imports of seamless steel pipes from Japan. The tariff was renewed in October 2006 and in April 2012.
