Mexico's steel output increases by 7.9% in October
Mexico’s crude steel production increased by 7.9% year-on-year to 1.7 million tonnes in October, or approximately 150,000t more compared to the same month in 2014. The country’s output year-to-date fell by 0.9% to 15.8mt compared to the same period in 2014, when it reached 16mt, Kallanish learns from the World Steel Association.
